This refreshing drink has a touch of rum and is mixed with horchata, evaporated milk, coconut cream and cinnamon. It is the perfect cocktail for a very Mexican party, or for any special meeting with family and friends. In addition, you can liquefy it with ice and convert it to a frozen drink, much cooler and thicker.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cups Horchata concentrate
  • 1/2 cups Rum
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cups coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

In a cocktail glass, place the ice cubes and serve the horchata concentrate, rum, evaporated milk, coconut cream and cinnamon powder. Mix until all the ingredients are integrated.
Serve your cocktail in a muddy song, decorate with the cinnamon stick and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a little clay song, with cinnamon sticks.

TIPS

You can blend it with ice and it will be frozen and it will be even more refreshing.
