Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry , frozen
  • 1 orange, without shell
  • 1 pear
  • lemon juice, (1 piece)
  • 1 bunch Spring mix lettuce
  • 3 leaves peppermint
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients.
Strain and serve in a glass.
