Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups pineapple, shelled, in medium cubes.
  • 3 cups coconut water
  • 3/4 cups coconut cream
  • 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • ice
  • pineapple, in triangles, to decorate

Preparation

Blend the pineapple together with the water until integrated. Strain into a pitcher. Add coconut cream and condensed milk and mix until integrated.
Add some ice to taste, serve and decorate with a pineapple triangle and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Present with a pineapple triangle and enjoy.

TIPS

If you don't have natural pineapple, you can substitute pineapple juice.
