This recipe is my favorite, the cucumber martini is ideal for all kinds of occasions. If you like cucumber very much, you will love this drink. Put a little chili powder sprinkled on top so it has an acidic / spicy flavor.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups Gin
  • 1 cucumber, Seedless and peeled cubed (save 6 thin slices to decorate)
  • 2 tablespoons vermouth
  • ice, to taste

Preparation

In a jar mix the gin and cucumbers and leave at least 1 hour in the refrigerator (it is better if this is done the night before.)
Pass the mixture to the blender and then strain well to remove pieces of cucumber.
Put half of the gin in the martini, 1 tablespoon of vermouth and ice and shake.
Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients to make another 3 Martinis.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a martini glass with a slice of cucumber for decoration.

TIPS

It is recommended to marinate the cucumber in the Geneva from one night before.
