Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tablespoon liquid chamoy
  • 1 can light beer
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon pequin pepper
  • 1/4 glasses mango juice
  • 2 lemons

Preparation

Moisten the walls of a beer jar with lemon to stick the piquin pepper.
In a separate glass, mix the 1/4 glass of mango juice with the liquid chamoy, the lemon juice and the pinch of salt.
Once a homogeneous mixture has been achieved, it is transferred to the beer jar.
Finally the beer is poured.

PRESENTATION

You can flush the jar with salt or not.

TIPS

At the moment of emptying the beer it is necessary to put the jar almost horizontally so that it does not spill.
