Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups chilli powder, for frosting
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, for frosting
  • enough tamarind syrup, for frosting
  • 1/4 cups tamarind syrup
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons maggi sauce
  • 1 bottle light beer
  • enough jicama, to decorate
  • gummies, Tamarind, to decorate
  • enough liquid chamoy, to decorate

Preparation

Mix the chili powder and sugar in an extended dish. Bathe the edge of the beer jar with tamarind pulp and then frost with the mixture of chili and sugar.
Pour tamarind syrup into the frosty jar, add orange juice, lemon juice and maggi sauce; Mix and add the beer. Garnish with jicama, tamarind jelly beans and liquid chamoy.

PRESENTATION
