It is a fruit that, compared to others, contains little water in its composition, but its acid flavor combines perfectly with sweet or salty ingredients, so you will love it when mixed with beer!

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/4 cups chilli powder, for the frosty
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, for the frosty
  • enough tamarind syrup, for the frosty
  • 1/4 cups tamarind syrup
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons maggi sauce
  • 1 bottle lager beer
  • enough jicama, to decorate
  • gummies, tamarind, to decorate
  • enough chamoy sauce, to decorate

Preparation

Combine the chili powder and sugar in an extended plate. Bathe the rim of the beer jar with tamarind pulp and then frost with the chili-sugar mixture.
Pour the tamarind syrup into the frosted jar, add the orange juice, lemon juice, and maggi sauce; mix and add the beer. Garnish with jicama, tamarind gummies, and liquid chamoy.

PRESENTATION

Top with jicama, tamarind gummies and chamoy; If you wish, you can accompany your tamarind michelada with ice.

TIPS

Add hot sauce to your preparation for an extra touch of flavor.
