Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 slices pineapple, thick
  • 2 stems celery, with its leaves
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 branches parsley
  • ice

Preparation

Wash the celery and parsley. Disinfect them. Cut the celery into pieces.
Blend celery, parsley and pineapple with 4 cups of water.
Strain what you liquefied and empty in a jar.
Add 4 cups of additional water and sugar.
Stir well until the sugar has completely diluted.
