Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of oats
  • 1 piece of Apple

    Hola, tiene alguna incidencia si la avena es cocida o cruda, yo la cocino con clavos y canela, pero no se si es lo mismo. A que hora se debe consumir, en el desayuno o la cena.
