Apple and Oats Cinnamon Smoothie

Oatmeal is perfect for reducing your cholesterol levels, thanks to its fiber content. It is a very simple dinner to prepare, refreshing and you can take it in a container to consume it leaving the gym.

Ingredients

  • 2 spoonfuls of oats
  • 1 piece of Apple
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of almond milk

    Preparation

    Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until everything is well incorporated.
    Serve in a glass and sprinkle cinnamon. If necessary add an envelope of artificial sweetener.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a glass cup.

    TIPS

    You can replace the apple with pear.
