Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 spoonfuls of oats
  • 1 piece of apple
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 Cup of almond milk

    Preparation

    Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until everything is well incorporated.
    Serve in a glass and sprinkle cinnamon. If necessary add a little artificial sweetener.

    You can replace the apple with pear.

    Una variante que yo consumo es: - MANZANA - AVENA - NOPAL - HIELO - AGUA Preferentemente licuar en una licuadora VITAMIX para que todo se integre perfectamente. Agarra un color verde muy precioso y sabe muy rica la bebida.
