Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon yellow lemon zest
  • 1/3 cups yellow lemon juice
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 3 cups Water, mineral or natural
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, cut into slices

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve with ice. If you wish, add more sugar to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in a glass jar with slices of lemon and jalapeño.

TIPS

If you want an oriental flavor, add ginger to it. Serve very cold!
