Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Dragon fruits
  • 1/2 cups yellow lemon juice
  • 1.5 liters Water
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 yellow lemons, cut into very thin sheets
  • fresh mints, to taste
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

Peel the pitahayas and cut them into slices.
Blend the pitahayas with lemon juice, water and sugar.
Pour the water into a jug and add the slices of lemon, mint and ice cubes.

PRESENTATION

Cut very thin slices of yellow lemon and place them in a tall glass with lots of ice, accompany it with mint leaves.

TIPS

If you can not find yellow or Spanish lemon, you can substitute it with green lemon or lime.
