The sweet watermelon is a very good option to prepare a fresh water drink since it is 90% water, it helps us to hydrate quickly and due to its sweet flavor, you can make it with little sugar. Delicious and refreshing!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups watermelon, cut into cubes and seeded
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • to taste ice
  • to taste peppermint
  • to taste watermelon, cut in a fan, to decorate

Preparation

Add watermelon, water, sugar to the blender and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
Serve ice in the glasses and add the water. Decorate with mint and fresh watermelon fans.

PRESENTATION

Serve the water in glasses frosted with sugar and decorate with a fan of watermelon.

TIPS

A simple trick to recognize the ripeness of the watermelon is that it has a yellowish circle underneath, if it is white or green it is more green
