Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber, without shell
  • 2 slices pineapple
  • 1 lemon, (your juice)
  • 1 orange, (your juice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 1 cup spinach
  • fresh ginger, to taste

Preparation

All ingredients must be washed and disinfected beforehand. All the ingredients are emptied in the blender. Blend until it has an easy-to-drink consistency. If necessary add a little water.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass cup.

TIPS
