Ingredients

4 portions
  • chili piquín powder, or tajín, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 5 lemons
  • 355 milliliters pineapple juice
  • 16 cubes ice
  • 1/2 cups pineapple
  • 1 cucumber, bare

Preparation

In a deep dish, a lemon is squeezed and the juice is reserved.
In an extended dish place a spoonful of salt and tajin to taste.
