Delicious fresh and natural juice for a flat stomach. Drink it daily for better results. It is important that you only consume it in the morning, never after 12 noon.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of grape red
  • 3 cucumbers big
  • 150 grams of pineapple
  • 5 branches of celery

    Preparation

    Wash and sanitize all fruits and vegetables.
    Pluck the grapes from the stems, peel the cucumbers, cut the ends of the celery, peel the pineapple.
    Blend all the ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Strain with a very fine strainer.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve fresh in a glass, or carry it in a canteen and consume wherever you want. I recommend you do it the same day, as the juice loses its properties throughout the day.

    TIPS

    You can strain it with a NEW stocking and you will have an Amazing texture! You can also use a cheese cloth. Do not add water because being a juice requires all the direct concentrate of fruits and vegetables.

    Hola buenas me gustaría bajar de peso ha que en esta fechas estoy pesando casi las 200lbs e subido mucho de peso antes pesaba135 pero necesito bajar de peso que batido me recomiendan
