Ingredients

3 portions
  • 4 mangos, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Mango Ice Cream
  • to taste grated coconut, to decorate

Preparation

Mix the milk with the coconut cream, add the mango and blend until they are well integrated.
Without turning off the engine, add the ice cream and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with grated coconut.
