Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons walnut
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Remove the skin and the bone to the avocado leaving only the pulp and peel the banana.
Blend all ingredients to create a smooth mixture.
To serve.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate it with a slice of lemon.

Hola, suena muy bien pero la cantidad de calorias es excesivo para una racion, estaria consumiendo lo de un desayuno aproximadamente, les recomiendo quitar el queso crema por un poco de requeson si es que quieren esa textura, si no solo quitarlo y cambiar la miel por unas hojitas de stevia si quieren endulzar. 👍
