Ingredients

6 portions
  • fresh coconuts, chopped
  • condensed milk, to taste
  • 1 liter coconut milk, or of your preference
  • ice
  • 1 drizzle vanilla essence
  • mint leaves, optional
  • grated coconuts, optional

Preparation

Cut into small portions one or two parts of the coconut pulp.
Blend all the ingredients: chopped coconut, condensed milk, coconut milk, and vanilla. Add the ice little by little until you get the ideal consistency (too much ice will make it lose its flavor).
Pour into tall glasses, garnish with mint leaves and a bit of shredded coconut. Serve immediately so that the ice does not melt any more.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with mint leaves and grated coconut.

TIPS

Substitute condensed milk for Stevia sweetener or agave or bee honey.
