Ingredients

6 servings
  • 250 milliliters of skim milk
  • 100 grams of Strawberry split in half
  • 1 banana in slices
  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream

    Preparation

    Disinfects strawberries
    Place 1 banana and 10 strawberries inside the blender jar.
    Add skim milk, vanilla ice cream and ice to taste. Blend until you get the consistency of a frappe.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in glasses for milkshake.

    TIPS

    You can substitute vanilla ice cream for yogurt ice cream.
