Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup mango
  • 2 cups green lettuce
  • 5 leaves peppermint, big
  • 1/2 leaves lemon juice
  • 1/2 leaves yellow lemon juice
  • 1 banana
  • Water, and ice to taste

Preparation

Fill a blender with the amount of water / ice you like and add the mint and green leaves.
Beat until thoroughly crushed, add the fruit and continue to pulse until you have the desired consistency.

PRESENTATION

Serve immediately.
