A good recipe for pineapple chamoyada of course that should not be missed in your recipes. This classic frappé style drink is refreshing and will satisfy your craving for chamoy. In case you don't want to use ice to prepare it, you can simply freeze the pineapple and you will achieve the same effect.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 piece of pineapple honey, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup of pineapple juice
  • enough of liquid chamoy
  • enough of chilli powder
  • enough of pineapple cut in fans, to decorate
  • enough of spicy gummy
  • enough of Chamoy sweets or spicy

    Preparation

    For the chamoyada, place in the blender the pineapple cubes, the ice, the sugar, the lemon juice, the pineapple juice, and blend until obtaining a thick mixture.
    Dip the glass mouth in the chamoy powder, and immediately frost with the chili powder. Place more chamoy inside the glass and then serve the pineapple chamoyada.
    Decorate with pineapple, chili gummies and chili candies. Enjoy and share.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with the frosted glass and decorate with sweets and chile gummies.

    TIPS

    If you don't have ice, you can freeze just the pineapple, and with the juice released from the fruit you will achieve almost the same effect.
