  • 2 cups fresh berries, Frozen (SMOOTHIE OF FOREST FRUITS)
  • 1 cup milk, (SMOOTHIE OF FOREST FRUITS)
  • 1/2 cups Greek style yogurt with Extra Special® honey, (SMOOTHIE OF FOREST FRUITS)
  • 1/2 cups Orange juice, (SMOOTHIE OF FOREST FRUITS)
  • 2 tablespoons honey, (SMOOTHIE OF FOREST FRUITS)
  • 1 1/4 cups Natural Greek yogurt Extra Special®, (SMOOTHIE DE ALBAHACA AND LEMON)
  • 1 cup basil, fresh (SMOOTHIE OF BASIL AND LEMON)
  • 1 cup sugar, (SMOOTHIE DE ALBAHACA AND LEMON)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest, (SMOOTHIE DE ALBAHACA AND LEMON)
  • 1 banana, (SMOOTHIE OF CREAM OF PEACH)
  • 1/4 cups Natural Greek yogurt Extra Special®, (SMOOTHIE OF CREAM OF PEACH)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter, (SMOOTHIE OF CREAM OF PEACH)

Preparation

Smoothie of Fruits of the Forest- Mix in an electric mixer all the ingredients and serve in glass glasses.
Basil and Lemon Smoothie- Place 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and the lemon zest in a pot and cook over medium heat until it reaches a boil. Lower the heat and cook for 5 more minutes, allow it to cool for 20 minutes. Mix yoghurt, basil, lemon syrup and ice in a blender . Serve in glass cups
Peanut Butter Smoothie- Mix all the ingredients and 1 cup of ice in an electric mixer . Serve in glass cups.
