Smoothie of Fruits of the Forest- Mix in an electric mixer all the ingredients and serve in glass glasses.
Basil and Lemon Smoothie- Place 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and the lemon zest in a pot and cook over medium heat until it reaches a boil. Lower the heat and cook for 5 more minutes, allow it to cool for 20 minutes. Mix yoghurt, basil, lemon syrup and ice in a blender . Serve in glass cups
Peanut Butter Smoothie- Mix all the ingredients and 1 cup of ice in an electric mixer . Serve in glass cups.
