Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 chilacayota, (of 3 kilos)
  • 4 liters Water
  • 1 1/2 kilos piloncillo
  • 2 rajas cinnamon
  • corn syrups

Preparation

Cut the chilacayota into pieces and remove the peel, put the piloncillo and cinnamon with the water, when it is soft stir well so that the threads of the chilacayota are separated, remove from the heat and let cool.
When serving, put in each glass a little syrup to sweeten it to the taste of each person.
Serve cold in glasses with syrup and a spoon to eat the fruit.
