Preparation
Melt the dark and white chocolate separately, in a water bath.
Once the chocolate has melted, add the cream, dark chocolate and milk in a bowl and beat with a balloon whisk until it is well incorporated.
In another bowl add the white chocolate and the other half of the cream and beat with the electric mixer until it has a foamy consistency.
Pour the mixture of dark chocolate, milk and cream in a blender for approximately 5 minutes.
Pour it into a glass and decorate it up with the cream and white chocolate and almonds.
