Chai tea is very famous for having a very spicy but sweet flavor. With this chai tea frappe recipe you can delight all your guests on a hot afternoon.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Water, boiling
  • 2 tablespoons black tea
  • 2 tablespoons varied spice, (cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, pepper)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 3 cups ice

Preparation

Once you have the boiling water ready, dissolve the black tea with the 2 tablespoons of spices. Let this mixture stand for 2 minutes.
Return to the fire past time and heat together with milk and sugar until it boils. Let it cool.
Place everything in the blender and add plenty of ice.

PRESENTATION

Serve immediately.
