Ingredients

1 portion
  • 3/4 cups blackberry
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 3 lavender, fresh flower
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 Lipton Black Tea Lemon®
  • to taste ice
  • 1 skewer, of blackberry, to decorate
  • 2 lavender, flower, to decorate

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the blackberries with water, lavender and anise for about 10 minutes or until the fruit falls apart. Chill
Blend the Lipton® lemon black tea, with the syrup and enough ice to make a frappe.
Serve immediately in a tall glass, decorate with a skewer of blackberries and fresh lavender.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a tall glass, decorate with fresh lavender and a straw.

You can replace the blackberry with raspberry.
