Delicious and refreshing Brazilian drink, this caipirinha is delicious and tropical for the hot season.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 4 green lemons citrus
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 4 cubes of ice
  • 2 ounces of vodka

    Preparation

    Wash the lemons and cut them into 8 parts and remove the seeds.
    In a wooden mortar crush the lemons until all the juice comes out, put the sugar, the cachaca and continue to squeeze the lemons, and mix very well.
    Put the ice cubes in an old fashioned glass and pour the drink.
    Mesh very well so that the ice melts a little before taking the caipirinha.

    TIPS

    If you do not have cachaca you can use vodka and it's called caipirovska.
