For these hot days prepare this refreshing fresh tamarind water with sweet peaches and the unparalleled taste of black tea. A combination of flavors that you will not be able to believe!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 40 tamarinds, bare
  • 4 peaches, in slices
  • 2 Lipton Black Tea Lemon®, 600 ml each
  • 1 lemon, juice to frost
  • 1 tablespoon pequin pepper, to frost
  • to taste ice
  • 2 peaches, in slices to decorate

Preparation

In a pot with water over medium heat, cook the tamarind pulp for 10 minutes or until soft. Chill
Remove the seeds from the pulp and pass through a sieve all the preparation to remove impurities.
Blend the concentrated tamarind pulp with the peaches and the Lipton lemon black tea®.
Frost the glasses wetting the edges with the lemon juice and going through the chili pepper. Serve the water with ice cubes and decorate with slices of peach.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a glass with lots of ice and decorate with a slice of peach.

TIPS

If you like it a little sweeter, sweeten with grated piloncillo.
