Preparation
In a pot over medium heat heat 3 cups of water and place the tamarinds, cook for 10 minutes or until soft.
Clean the tamarinds, remove the bones, extract the pulp and reserve.
Mix the pulp with the rest of the water, sweeten with sugar to your liking.
Add ice and enjoy.
