This anti-flu smoothie is perfect for strengthening your immune system naturally, as it contains different citrus fruits rich in vitamin C and Three Star® Rice Flour®. This powerful combination will make the mix have the perfect flavor and consistency. Enjoy it in the morning, before eating any food. You're going to love it!

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 1/2 cups Three Star Rice Flour®
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 cups guava, In rooms
  • 1/4 cups pineapple, in cubes
  • slices fruit, to decorate

Preparation

In a pot, heat the water, add the honey and ginger. Add the Tres estrellas® rice flour and move until integrated. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool.
In a blender, place the ice cubes, oats, orange juice, grapefruit juice, guava and pineapple. Add a cup of the Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour mixture and blend.
Serve chilled and garnish with fruit slices. Enjoy!

PRESENTATION

Serve cold. Decorate with slices of the same fruits that you used.

TIPS

If you want your drink to be rich in vitamin C and also iron, add a handful of spinach leaves. This will give color to your smoothie and will also make it an excellent option for pregnant women.
