Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 liters milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 5 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 rajas cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 9 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Rum

Preparation

Heat the milk in a pot. When it boils, lower the heat and add the sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Move constantly with a shovel to avoid sticking.
When it has been cut in half, remove from heat and let cool. Beat the yolks until they change color and add them to the warm milk without stopping to beat.
Heat again and at the first boil remove from heat. Add the rum, mix and serve when it cools.

PRESENTATION

Add almonds, nuts or pine nuts liquefied with a little milk.

TIPS

To save you can change the rum for 1/2 cup of pure cane alcohol. You can store it in a sterilized bottle for 5 months in refrigeration or 3 at room temperature.

No he cocinado la receta todavía. Quiero saber si se puede reemplazar la azucar con leche condensada.
