Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Mix the cocoa, sugar and salt in a cup.
Heat the milk in the microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds.
Add the previous mixture to the milk.
Stir until ALMOST no longer lumps.
Add the vanilla extract.
Stir until there are NO lumps left.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a cup and decorate with cinnamon.

TIPS

If you want, you can substitute the sugar for Splenda. You can also use some other extract.
