Ingredients

6 portions
  • 170 grams Marie biscuit
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

Blend cookies with evaporated milk and condensed milk.
In a saucepan over medium heat heat the milk along with the water and the cinnamon slit, without letting it boil.
Pour the previous preparation and without stopping to move let it cook for 10 minutes or until it thickens.
Serves hot

In a pewter cup.

TIPS

If you want to make your atole thicker, you can add a tablespoon of corn starch dissolved in cold water.
