Preparation
Boil evaporated milk with water and cinnamon.
Grind the figs with a little water and 3 tablespoons of the sugar.
While the dough is diluted in 1 1/2 cups of water, avoiding grains.
When the water boils, add the previously cast dough.
Move constantly with a wooden shovel so that it does not stick.
Add the ground figs and the remaining sugar.
Move until the boil and keep simmering.
