Preparation
The wheat is cooked with 1 liter of water for 15 minutes in the express pot.
Once the wheat is cooked, it is liquefied with the same cooking water and it is strained in a sieve with medium holes.
Place 2 liters of water in a pot with the cinnamon slit and the two piloncillos to boil, when it has boiled and the piloncillos have dissolved the previously cooked, milled and liquefied wheat is added; and evaporated milk.
Let it boil for 10 minutes and turn off to wait for it to cool a bit.
