Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 on of cornstarch chocolate flavour
  • 1 tablespoon of powder chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 glass of Water

    Preparation

    Put the milk to boil with the cinnamon stick, if you are occupying cinnamon powder, do not add it until the milk boils.
    Meanwhile dilute the envelope of cornstarch in the glass of water at the time or cold, if you prefer it can be in a glass of cold milk.
    The milk will boil in about 10 minutes, as soon as it starts to heat add the glass of water or milk with the atole already dissolved, let it start to boil over low heat for 3 minutes then add the chocolate, coffee and cinnamon powder, let it boil a little more without the foam of the milk rising too much and turn off, beat constantly.

    PRESENTATION
