Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 guavas, cut in halves
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups rice flour
  • to taste cinnamon powder, to decorate

Preparation

Heat the water and cook the guavas. Blend and reserve.
Heat the milk with the cinnamon stick, the condensed milk and the baking soda.
With the help of a strainer add the guava, the rice flour and cook over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
Serve hot in a cup, sprinkled with cinnamon powder.
