Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 cups of Water
  • 2 cups of skim milk or milk light
  • 4 teaspoons of black tea
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 8 pods of cardamom or seeds
  • 1 branch of cinnamon
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1/4 of cup of sugar or 6 envelopes of Splenda

Preparation

Grind the spices in a mortar.
Boil the water for 10 minutes along with the species.
Add milk and sugar or Splenda and leave on fire for 5 more minutes.
Strain before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot or cold. If served cold add ice in each glass.

TIPS

You can use green tea instead of black tea.
