Ingredients

10 portions
  • 7 rajas cinnamon
  • 1/2 bottles Red wine
  • 4 apples
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 16 guavas
  • 26 Mexican hawthorn
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • rums
  • 2 liters Water

Preparation

Split the tejocotes, the apples and the guavas.
Boil the split fruit in water in a pot, with sugar and cinnamon.
When the fruits are cooked, remove from heat.
Pour the red wine and rum to taste. Serve hot.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a slice of cinnamon.
