Preparation
Heat the two extra spoons of cognac, evaporate the alcohol.
Caramelize that liquid with sugar and nutmeg in a flat frying pan.
Add the rest of the cognac, the orange and lemon rinds and once hot, add the coffee.
Serve in small cups and decorate.
