Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 liters Water
  • 2 cups piloncillo, grated
  • 1 cup Hibiscus flower
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup tangerine juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 apples, cut into large cubes
  • 3 pears, cut into large cubes
  • 6 guavas, seedless, cut into quarters
  • 2 sugar cane, peeled and cut into canes
  • 3 rajas cinnamon
  • 3 anise stars
  • 2 cloves
  • enough orange, sliced dehydrated, to decorate
  • enough tangerine, sliced dehydrated, to decorate
  • rajas cinnamon, to decorate

Preparation

In a large pot, heat the water over medium heat, add the brown sugar and the Jamaican; boil for 5 minutes and add grapefruit juice, orange juice and tangerine juice; then the apple, the pear, the guava and the cane; add cinnamon, star anise and clove, star anise and clove. Boil at medium temperature for 20 minutes.
Serve and decorate with the dried fruit. Enjoy!

TIPS

Try to cook the fruits over medium heat and with a closed lid, so that the punch does not evaporate too much. You can use part of the citrus peels to give more flavor.
