Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 cups Water
  • 1 Red Apple, cut into cubes
  • 2 guavas, cut into slices
  • 1/2 cups raisin
  • 1 sheath tamarind, peeled and seedless
  • 11/2 tablespoons Hibiscus flower
  • 8 envelopes Splenda Stevia®
  • 1/4 cups Rum, optional

Preparation

In a pot, heat the water with medium heat, add the apple, the guava, the raisins, the tamarind and the Jamaica. Wait for it to boil and cook for 10 more minutes.
Sweeten with Splenda Stevia® and serve with the fruit. Add rum if you wish.
