Ingredients

4 portions
  • 220 grams dark chocolate
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 on vanilla sugar
  • 2 pinches cinnamon

Preparation

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a large bowl in a bain-marie.
Put to heat the milk in a separate pot.
When the chocolate is melted, mix the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
In the bowl, mix the chocolate with a cup of boiling milk, with great caution.
In the pot containing the rest of the hot milk, keep on low heat and incorporate with a balloon whisk the ingredients of the bowl and mix well.

PRESENTATION

Serve the thick chocolate in cups.

TIPS

You can add 100ml of liquid cream and mix vigorously before serving.
