Preparation
Cut the top of the apple as if it were a lid, remove the meat from the fruit with a spoon leaving 10 mm thick at the edges.
Remove the orange zest with a fine grater.
Put the liter of water in a pot over medium heat.
Add the apple, the zest and the cinnamon.
When it is about to boil, add the juice of half orange.
Serve hot in the hollow apple, decorate with a quarter slice of orange and a slice of cinnamon.
