Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup tejocote, peeled
  • 5 peaches, semi ripe peeled, discouraged and cut in sixth
  • 1 kilo peach, miniature peeled
  • 4 nectarine, peeled, discouraged and cut into quarters
  • 2 cups cane, of clean sugar
  • 1 cup hibiscus flower, dehydrated
  • 2 cups dried cranberry
  • 1/2 cups tamarind pulp, natural wash
  • 2 rajas cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1/4 cups peach tea
  • 1 cup Splenda, Granulated
  • 1 sachet blanket, of sky for infusion
  • 3 liters Water, purified
  • 1 sheath liquid vanilla

Preparation

Place the water in a large, deep pot.
Bring the pot over medium heat, let the water boil and fill the tea bag with the cinnamon sticks, the anise, the vanilla cut in half, the clove and the peach tea.
Return to boil, add the tamarind pulp, the flower of Jamaica, SPLENDA® Granulated, mix until the flavors are integrated.
Boil until the water is deep pink, add the fruits and let cook inside the infusion for 20 minutes over low heat.
Serve hot.
