El café de olla is the Mexican version of coffee brewing. It has a particular sweet flavor that the piloncillo gives it. It tastes delicious!

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 cups of Water
  • 1 stick of piloncillo
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 2 cinnamon stick slices
  • 4 spoonfuls of instant coffee powder

    Preparation

    Put the water, piloncillo, nails and cinnamon in a clay pot. Once it boils add the coffee.
    Wait for the coffee and piloncillo to dissolve completely.
    To serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in clay cups. You can serve decorating with a slice of cinnamon.

    Cuantas cucharadas de café para las 6 tazas, sólo se hacer el de cafetera y suelo agregar 2 cucharadas menos que las tazas, ej. 12 tz de agua, 10 cda café, ¿Lo hago igual?
