Lemon water is a classic drink rich in vitamin C. This recipe uses a secret to get a delicious lemon foam.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 green lemons
  • 6 cups Water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, (to taste)

Preparation

Wash all the lemons well and with a knife remove their shells. Cut in quarters. Mixing the whole lemons will cause a lemon foam to form.
In a blender mix the lemons, water, and sugar for 3-4 minutes.
Add 1 cup of ice and mix again.

PRESENTATION

Serve the water accompanied by 1 slice of lemon and ice.
