Prepare this foamy and creamy Sevillian lemon water typical of the state of Puebla. This refreshing drink is a modification of a lemon water where milk is added and liquefied for a few seconds with the lemons in their peel, which makes it unique and delicious.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 4 cups of Water
  • 1 Cup of refined sugar
  • 3 pieces of green lemon
  • 4 cups of milk
  • to taste of ice

    Preparation

Blend water with sugar, lemons and milk for 30 seconds. Strain the water and serve with plenty of ice.

    PRESENTATION

Serves in a classic glass of fresh water with abundant ice.

    TIPS

Do not liquefy the lemon for too long so that it does not become bitter, since the peel tends to embitter the ingredients. You can use evaporated milk instead of whole milk.
