Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Water, (240 ml approximately)
  • 1/2 cups lemon juice, (95 ml approximately)
  • 1 1/3 cups grapefruit juice, (Approximately 310 ml)

Preparation

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, mix sugar, ginger and water. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Change the mixture to a glass bowl and place in the freezer for a few minutes to cool.
Strain the ginger in a jug along with the lime juice and grapefruit. You can strain the pulp or leave it, just be careful not to have many seeds.
Stir and try, if you prefer you can add a little more sugar. Serve directly in a small glass with ice.

TIPS

If you prefer, you can also use mineral water.
